Great service, real asset to African, especially Nigerian businesses. I ordered online with John and Biola Foods for the first time. To be completely honest, I was a bit wary about ordering the things I have bought in person for almost 20 years online. But the whole experience was easy, from an easily navigated website to paying for my goods. Even with bank transfer payment, delivery of my goods was fast, everything was well packed and the meat I had ordered was clean and cut perfectly.Thank you for the constant communication throughout (they kept me in the loop, every step of the way, from payment to successful delivery). I would recommend using John and Biola Foods, especially in cases of isolation/quarantine during covid.

Great quality fresh produce straight to your door. Delivery is not the cheapest but green plantain still needs to be green and firm when delivered and they've ensured next day delivery each time we've ordered. Oils are good quality, cassava fresh and moist. Any emails we've sent promptly answered in around 4-7 hours.

John and Biola Africa online groceries been using for up to 8 years now i must say they are excellent, a lot of challenges expected for a business of this type but they are still a company of natural Resilience. The Owner John and Biola which I have spoken with many times is very soft spoken and members of staff" Mohammed " who fortunately picks my orders is a very Gentle man with an excellent customer service approach.The Question is will I shop John and Biola for my Weekly Africa groceries? Yes I will again and again !!!

This is the worse business ever.I'm yet to get some of my food delivery after 3 weeks of order, I needed it for Christmas but was disappointed hugely.I can never recommend them. I just need a refund of my money. They were quick to blame their parcel agent for not delivering, and blamed the staff for not packing my meat too. No labelling of the meat they tied in the bag for me as they mixed up some items that they shouldn't mix.Shame!!

Compared to the customer service I received at the Congolese and Afro-carib store on West green road, John and Biola foods must be at least real. I don't think John and Biola would ever say 'oh go away I don't want to listen' to a customer. Nor ask a customer to stop opening the freezer because it annoys them. I also think they would leave the customer to choose an item before telling them off for not asking for help. And finally I think both of them would act more professional than sitting on chairs like drunk puppies talking like a couple of African idiots.

This foods company used to be good, very polite and had excellent customer service as I have been their customer since 2016.However, I didn't know why they prefer to lose focus. I placed an order since the 4th of December- received an email that it's been shipped to the depot on the 5th , today is the 11th of December and had not received the order. This is fish and poultry - food poisoning for improper storage for the past week at the depot!!!.John and Biola ignored all my emails and sent an annoying update awful!

It's a lovely shop and I love shopping there. They have a variety of good quality Nigerian groceries and their butchers section is top notch. I will definitely recommend John and Biola Foods. Well done!guys.

Very rude and racist staff, unprofessional service. I've been before a returned costumer, but today I got a very bad experience. I wanted to buy halal meat there, after a long waiting I was asking are they able to give me or I should leave the shop with my ill child? A female start to shout on me straight that go in the Mcdonald's if I'm not able to wait while 4 staff are serving only 1 costumer for half an hour. I was asking the manager, this painted female said she is the owner in the shop.So I'm not recommendig to nobody to go there, they are very rude and bad people. Before I preferred this shop, but I won't go back never ever! I will go all the time in Woolwich, where seller are preferring every costumer.

Horrid Customer Service Experience:- I felt discomfited at their moronic, dysfunctional, corrosive, arrogant, catastrophic, naive, imbecilic, unethical, disingenuous and repugnant behaviours. It worth pointing out that both staff and management (Stooges and Minions) are rude, despicable moral midgets !!! In relation to customer care, these modern-day snake-oil salespersons are either dangerously stupid, or totally mendacious. Pick which is better.

I had initially whole heartedly given this business a 5 star rating for 3+ yrs until recently when it became clear that they are loosing sight on what is most important for any business to succeed - and that is keeping a high focus on your customers' satisfaction! I mostly patronize them online and i must say they used to have good professional attitudes and customer service. Not every day you come across such nigerian businesses. However, they no longer do this are a very rude to thier customers (both verbally and written) - imagine canceling a customers order because they felt a customer as being 'negative' and what this 'negativity' is was a customer challenging them on the dropped standards and perceived loss of focus - i mean who does that! If JohnandBiola are not aware this is an fringement on one's rights and they can be sued for damages.Stay clear off this people except they decide to change and go back to thier original plan of putting customers first !
