I could not fault the level of customer service I received, everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.I was kept informed about the work on my vehicle, and I was contacted within promised times.I was given a cup of coffee in a proper cup with a saucer, which may seem trivial - but it makes a difference to having it in a paper or plastic cup!I will definitely return here and have no hesitation in recommending Liverpool Audi.

Exceptional service! Took my car in today to purchase an additional key and was greater first thing at 8am.Returned to the dealership 2 hours Later got my key, walked out, car had been valeted, then recieved a video from a technician with a health check on my car.Ive been into Audi Liverpool twice now and both times Ive been extremely impressed by their professional helpful service.Thank you!

Terrible service, tried for two weeks to book a test drive and no one called back or contacted me. Went in and the girl on reception was helpful but the sales staff just arent interested. He wasted 25 minutes of my time taking all my details to then say they didnt have a car to test drive and then produced a quote I didnt want or ask for on a product I didnt want. Terrible service

16 years I have dealt with Liverpool Audi ( Jardine Motors ) purchasing over £300k worth of new vehicles and always used them for my servicing as I have been on a special rate. It has just taken 4 weeks of constant phone calls and chasing to eventually be told they can not offer me my usual discount on my Oil and Filter change that is due on my new RS6 Vorsprung.I am now waiting for the service manager to call me back, only been 3 hours, I will not be using Liverpool Audi again.

Another wasted day...to put with the rest! I booked my car in for a service under extended warranty to be told that the door handle LEDs couldnt be fixed as they didnt have the part. Had to return the car a week or so later, another wasted day. There was another fault with the car that again, couldnt be fixed as would take longer and I would need a courtesy car due to length. Booked in for a month later. Phoned on day to check I was booked in which I was, but no courtesy car arranged as there should have been. Told I would get a call back within a few minutes but no-one did so I had to call them. Re- booked car for another few weeks. Overall really bad service from Liverpool Audi and cant see it getting any better!

No one contacted me till Monday.Monday morning text again for chasing details. Been replied will contact me within the day and no one contact me again.Tuesday I send email and text both way to contact. Text staff Rachel said will call me but still no one contact. Email and confirmed Wednesday 13:00 for only viewing as car not prepared for sale yet.Wednesday I applied for leave and take 1.5hour travel to Liverpool. Staff named Greg told car been sold.Fantastic service provided by audi Liverpool. Very nice. Hope your dealership been cancelled sooner as it definitely harm everyone perception to audi brand itself.Rubbish all in all.

Very disappointed, the car has been in numerous times to warrington and latest to Audi Liverpool. I was assured by Liverpool Audi service the faults had been fixed (passenger door doesnt open from inside and also seat belt sign constantly going off, after showing all the evidence to Liverpool of the warnings on the dash especially about the central locking fault I was assured it was all fixed and the seat belt sensor was replaced only to find nothing has been touched, I had to then go back and see the service manager and only then to be told that it could be authorised for repair after he had seen it?? but the car has been in between Liverpool and warrington 10 times and never been right ever since bought from warrington. So not only have I been locked out of the car and my kids inside the vehicle I had to prize the door open if there was ever a crash the passenger in my car would be stuck inside as it does not open and no matter how many times it has been in auto its still not fixed! Just appalling the quality of service from a audio main dealer my next contact is audi uk and the ombudsman as Im driving around in a car thats not safe at all and with the issues it has had since October 2019 and just continuing to be fobbed off.

Had my S5 major service done by Liverpool AudiAnd came away feeling very dissatisfied for a number of reasonsI did not receive Audi cam which is a service they offer with all service and maintenance checks even after calling to say I hadn’t received it !I also didn’t get a complimentary top up oil for the boot and was told they had none!On the inspection I was told I needed a near side headlight bulb so I asked for a price and it was a good job I was sat down!! They quoted me £265 + £90 labour to fit !! I replied for a bulb ?? In which the girl replied you do drive an Audi ! As if that justifies it !I called in at Halfords and got an Osram xenon bulb supply fit for £68 and got 10% discount for AA member so £62 fitted with a 4 year guarantee !!It also took no more than 30 seconds to fit !!So how they justify charging customers £90 is a disgrace !!I am sorry but I feel Audi Liverpool need shaming for this !

Not satisfied. Car was returned with AdBlue spill on the body.I was charged £12.76 + VAT for 10l AdBlue canister, despite the car was left with full AdBlue tank.In addition a diferent tensioner was replaced than explained by the service phone call.

Recently my partner purchased a a1 on pcp with all the optional extra insurances. After months of waiting for the vehicle to arrived, we finally got a call to say the vehicle was ready to be picked up. We arrived in the dark (our mistake number one) to meet the salesman who let us have a look around the car, which is when we found some marks on the bumper and the roof, which he was Surpised about but did get sorted later on. We then sat down inside and started to fill in paperwork. At this point it had already been agreed that we would be having the optional insurances but were told the new contract was the same but just with a different date. (We were never given a copy of this until this week.) We signed and rushed off to get home. (Mistake number 2.)The car started to develop a issue a couple of days later, so we took back and got sorted. This week our free period finished on the pcp plan and we received a email off the salesman saying he was cancelling our insurances and wanted 1300 pounds to take it out. We thought this was just a mistake since we only had a the orginal copy of the order form stating that we had wished to purchase the insurances. We got intouch with audi to raise our concerns, and were told that their Must of been a mix up with the paperwork but their was nothing he could do about it and that he cant just give out stuff for free but as a Gesture of good will he would repair the small mark on the car. Something which would have been covered by the insurances inwhich we originally agreed. When you buy/hire an Audi, your paying for the Audi experience. Its meant to be a special experience. Unfortunately this experience has been more like buying a car of the dogdy bloke in the pub.We are currently contact with Audi customer services and trading standards.

Told at half five that you wont have your car back when you were told it should be okay to collect by the end of the day. No courtesy car so now im stranded with no transport. Plus Ive had a recurring fault on my car which they cant seem to fix. People are nice and pleasant but being stuck unexpectedly with no transport leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

As a keen interest for the position of a service technician, especially as the CEO Neil Williamson is pro female, being interviewed by a female service manager, I was excited, I was very let down as the female in question almost handed the job to me, to only say I need to give the other person a fear chance, I was told I would receive a call the following Monday, the interview was the previous Friday, I still did not get a call by Wednesday, I called to get feedback on the Wednesday at 9.03 am as I looked at the website for opening times, I spoke to a very polite lady who tried to call her and said the person in question was in the workshop and that she would call me back, that never happened, I called again at 03.07pm and same well mannered woman answered again and addressed me with a polite response, the person in question would apparently call me back again in 5 minutes Im still waiting for feedback from my interview at the Liverpool branch, kind regardsI expected better things.

Took car for a service. Prices are more expensive compared to other garages but you get a high level of service for the price. Staff including Naomi and Andy were fantastic. Unfortunately at the moment they cannot offer full range of services due to Covid legislation so check with them prior to going so you are not disappointed on the day.

My car was booked in for an MOT on 12th December at 10 am. Upon booking I was advised by the call handler that my car would need to be left for the day due to covid, I drove from my home in burscough about 20 miles away, upon arrival I was greeted outside by a very helpful gentleman who took the time to show me where best to park as my daughter was on crutches with her leg in a plaster cast. I parked up and met up with my father who had driven from formby to take us back home with him while I waited for the MOT to be completed. I entered the building and checked the car in with the receptionist and was directed to take a seat in the waiting area. I was waiting ten minutes before a female member of staff arrived and advised me that the car was booked in on 23rd, I explaned that It couldnt possibly have been as the MOT expires the next day on 13th. The woman told me she will go and listen to the recording of the appointment booking I said thats fine and she walked away and was gone for half an hour. She later arrived to say its not booked in but theyd fit the MOT in for that day but to be back before 4:30 pm as thats the time we gerroff and emphasised to be back by then or no later, I asked if she had listened to the recording she replied no. I returned that afternoon at 16:10 to be firstly advised by a mechanic that the car was not ready yet for another 15 minutes, I walked back to my fathers car and waited until 16:25 when I walked back inside when the woman I had earlier encountered that day she walked straight past me and not acknowledged me instead she walked straight Over to another customer who arrived after me, so I walked straight to that area and stood behind the other customer and then spoke to her when she advised me that my audi A4 would be another 20 minute s taking the completion tim to 16:50. Firstly she new I was arriving from another area and should have had the courtecy to call my mobile and advise me that my car wasnt going to be ready for collecting until 16:50, and using such terminology as we gerroff at 4:30 on a Saturday so you need to be here on time to collect you car makes it look to a paying customer that they can not be bothered waiting and cant wait to leave instead of giving a loyal customer the service they expect when paying nearly £40,000 for a car from audi. I found her demeanor unacceptably rude and unprofessional. Thankfully I found the workshop staff helpful polite and caring in their demeanor as nothing was too much bother for them.

My experience at Audi Liverpool has been fantastic from the start. The whole place has a really friendly atmosphere. I dealt with Liam for my car and he was so helpful, he listened to everything I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, everything was explained to me carefully and I did not feel pressure at all. Ok... so here’s the deal. I bought a used Audi (privately) and it hadn’t been looked after very well... Naturally, I’ve rang Audi Liverpool and had the absolute pleasure of having Naomi sort everything for me. Not only did she sort out everything from start to finish, Naomi followed up a call the following day, going above and beyond, to help me and make sure my new(ish) car is properly looked after. The cherry-on-the-top for me, is that Naomi’s humour and person-centred approach made everything so much quicker, easier to understand and made me feel at ease. Will certainly be returning here for all future Audi related ‘stuff’. A few folk could learn something about customer care by visiting here. 5* from me and a massive thank you!!

I have used Liverpool Audi on a number of occasions recently and can only describe my experiences as appalling.Firstly they severely damaged one of my alloy wheels whilst it was in for its first service. On my second visit I took it in to have four new tyres fitted and another service. On this occasion I asked them to inspect my vehicle and wheels before they took it into the workshop. When they returned my vehicle to me I discovered that they again damaged two of my wheels. The workshop manager agreed that the damaged had been caused in the workshop and decided they would repair them but when I went back to pick my car up around three weeks later they were in a worse condition than when they sent them off, with chips and damage all around the wheel nuts were they had been carelessly reattached to the vehicle, and a totally different colour to the other wheels already on the car.I contacted their head of business Mr David Cain by e-mail but to date have had no reply. I understand that they have been closed during the COVID-19 period but they have been open for quite a while now. I have escalated the matter and now await a reply from Audi UK.UPDATE over two months after the dealership offered a solution to the issue identified I am still waiting for them to contact me. Great at selling you a car and taking your hard earned money. Absolutely awful once you’ve driven away from the showroom.Finally resolved after seven months of phone calls emails and then resorting to contact with Audi UK. Absolutely appalling customer service.

I dont usually write reviews but given my recent experience with Jardine Audi Liverpool feel it would only be right to do so on this occasion. We bough a used Audi Q5 from these guys and cannot fault the service we received. Jack in sales was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and made us fell really at ease and delivered on everything he promised. Also a special mention to Prem on reception is so pleasant and kept us supplied with coffees and Kenny the manager who came and had a chat with us to make sure the service we had received was what we had expected. We picked the car up last Saturday and received a call from Jack on Sunday to check everything was ok with the car and that we had go home safe which I thought was a really nice touch. Cant recommend these guys highly enough and will definitely go back to Jardine Liverpool when it comes time to change the car again.

Not the best customer service ...Staff at Liverpool Audi don’t really represent the “high standard “ you’d expect from such a big and well known company. Booked service over the phone ( after 4 tries - seems like they don’t know how to operate phones ). Came to Service desk and it took a while to be called in - although there was enough staff around , I’ve been told when my car will be ready ( this was nearly hour later - so I had to wait watching kangaroos having sex at their waiting area ) people that work over there are nice only because they’ve been told to do so - they act like they’re kings and we - customers are just pheasants...Very unpleasant experience ! Anybody from the massive pool of people from job centre can do better job !Will consider different branch next time .

Can i just say a massive thanks to Chris at Liverpool Audi. He has looked after us the past two times we have had to renew our Motability car. From the moment we contacted the dealership, through out the process and the collection of the car, all fantastic. The car was parked by the door so it was easy to get loaded up with the wheel chair. Nothing was to much trouble.It is great to be able to walk in to dealership and not feel pressured.
