I bought my car on 9/30. Prior to my purchase, I had been in the market for an Acura RDX for about 2 months. I had been in talks with a few dealerships in the Houston area, including Masum from Gillman Acura. I was coming from New Orleans area in Louisiana to make my purchase.Masum made the car buying process easy, simple, and hassle-free. I came in with a price in mind for my vehicle, and after a bit of back and forth, Masum met my price + TTL. When completing the deal, he asked one simple question, how are you paying for the vehicle, Cash or finance? Not only did he help me get a new car, he made the car buying process more enjoyable than my previous dealership experience. I will be more than happy to recommend Masum to anyone who asks, friends and family included! Gillman Acura will definitely be my first stop for my next Acura purchase as well! Masum and his team definitely made the drive from New Orleans area worthwhile at the end.Regarding the other dealership...I initially went to Sterling McCall Acura in Sugarland to purchase the car for an agreed upon price. It was the worst car-buying experience of my life. Not only did they renedge on an agreed upon deal, they gave me the gauntlet of all the cheap dealer tricks, like helping pay for the employees (as if they employees worked for free), "sharing profit from the bank in exchange for not paying off the car loan for 5 months", a two payment lease deal that included interest payments, and ridiculous dealer added accessories. I made it clear from the beginning to the other dealership before arriving that I was only going to come for an agreed upon price + TTL, yet they wasted my time and their time and made me come 5 hours to go back on their word. They made it clear that they couldn't meet the agreed upon price because they're a corporate dealership and "have to answer to their share holders". I would never ever wish anyone to go to any Sterling McCall dealership for a vehicle purchase.

I arrived 40 minutes early for my appointment and they got me right back. Guy kept me well informed and up to date on the progress of my car and they even threw in a car wash. Honest, trustworthy, expert service team! I've been taking my 2006 Acura TL to Gillman Acura for 14 years, and they have always had my best interest in mind. Ron Mascardo, the Service Manager at Team Gillman in the service department, always provides fair and accurate assessments regarding parts, labor, and pricing. Their mechanics are the best in the business. In addition to being experts at fixing your Acura, they're also honest, and will not recommend parts or labor unless it's necessary and warranted for the reliability and safety of your vehicles operations. Schedule an appointment, and ask for Ron or anyone on the team!

Went in to take my 2016 Acura TLX for an oil change. Pulled up on the drive waited about 20 to 30 seconds before exiting my vehicle. (Nobody came to my car) so I walked inside nobody acknowledged me. The female that was there on the phone said "well hold on I'm on the phone". A about 10 minutes later one guy ask me what I needed didn't introduce himself didn't engage in any conversation. Maybe it was because the color of my skin and my age. They only care about you if you spend a bunch of money. I won't be taking my vehicle back.

The salesperson Melitza was nice, but everything else was shady. We signed a physical paper showing the list price as $28995. They wanted to charge us more for paying cash, but agreed to settle at $28995, and we signed a physical piece of paper with that amount. BUT then all the actual contract was done on computer, and the finance guy said he couldn't even email us a copy. When we finally got home and could look at the USB drive, the list price was increased to $29992! Now I know why he was flipping quickly through each page and my husband had to keep asking him to stop and let us read. When he wasn't honest up front about the deductible on the warranty, we should have known to be more suspicious. BUYER BEWARE!!!Edit to add that we purchased an MDX that we're very happy with, but the purchasing experience after we finished with the salesperson was dishonest and terrible.

BUYER BEWARE! If I could select 0 stars, I certainly would. The entire staff that I dealt with today was extremely unprofessional and certainly not kind. Priced a vehicle over the phone, arrived hours later, and the price was no longer valid. Mind you, the sales manager called me back with this pricing.I should have known to turn around when I saw the salesman pelvic thrusting to music on his phone in the parking lot. Test drove the vehicle, was finalizing the decision to buy, and was rudely asked to step out the car while the salesman basically blew vape smoke in my face! From here on out, it continued to go downhill. Please save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere. This Acura dealership puts the remainder to shame. If you're looking for the customer experience, a bad one is all you'll get here ! I did not purchase a vehicle when all that was required was the customer service to purchase the vehicle I arrived to buy.

Negotiated on the phone with a sales rep and promise ME to get to a monthly number for 60 months. The sales rep agreed we can reach to that number. I told the sales REP to confirm to make sure the number is agreed upon because i live 60 miles from Gillman Acura North and i hate to drive there and end being lied to. Long and behold, drove there and i was given a higher offer than in the phone.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR THIS REASON.

I happen to visit this dealership the past weekend for an oil change service. I've been with Acura for more than 6 years now and just love driving them. I wanted to see if I could pay off my outstanding on my Acura and possibly upgrade or switch to a different one just for a change. I wanted some help with the numbers and I was told to meet Mahsur Ahmed. This gentleman was on his phone all time and was not helpful in any possible way. Gillman Acura may be ok to work with in person, but not if you purchase online. They were happy to call me multiple times per day while I was making the decision to move forward with the purchase, but after that the communication completely stopped. I wasn't even informed when my vehicle shipped and only received a text from the transport company the Monday night at 8:30pm when the vehicle was due to arrive at 9am the next morning. When the vehicle did arrive, there were two 1-inch cracks and a chip on the driver's side of the windshield. The shipping company stated the cracks were there when the vehicle was picked up. However, no one from the dealership disclosed this information to me. I purchased a certified pre-owned (CPO) Acura RDX, which I paid extra for, so find this very concerning for several reasons. I've been trying to contact my salesman, Quintin, for about a week with no response except a text saying he was preparing for the hurricane. I spoke with Mike from internet sales(?) who didn't even remember who I was, but then proceed to tell me they wouldn't fix that sort of thing since it passed a safety inspection. He then said he'd check on something else and get back to me in about 15 minutes. That was Wednesday and I hadn't heard back on Friday so called again. I spoke to Chris, sales manager, who put me through to someone else's voicemail that could help me. It is now Monday and I have not heard from anyone. I also find some of their sales tactics to be morally questionable at best and closer to deceptive. They advertise one price online, but then charge extra for tint and wheel locks that have been added to the vehicle. The key to the wheel locks wasn't even shipped with the vehicle, so now I will have to purchase one since they won't return my call. They also charged an additional fee for a vehicle to go through the CPO process. They included these charges in the total finance amount without informing me. I only found out when I asked why the final price was so much higher than expected. Oh, and they left a flash drive in the glove compartment. It was branded with Gillman Acura, so I thought it contained copies of my paperwork. I was in complete shock to find out it was actually sales documents for the original owner that included his personal information! I've had my 'new' car for less than a week and I already have to have my windshield fixed and buy a wheel lock key. Based on other reviews, this type of experience seems fairly common and especially for single females. Gillman Acura obviously does not care about customer service once they make the sale. I do NOT recommend Gillman Acura and would give them no stars, if possible.

Over the past six years I have been using Gillman Acura Services for my Acura TSX which I purchased there. The entire Gillman Team has been awesome starting with No.1 The professional customer service. No.2 The care I always receive from the service advisors. No matter who answers once you are connected they are all ready to help. And Bob Gelske the service manager has gone far and beyond in helping me with repairs that were no fault of mine. He is the miracle man in my book. And I must give Mike Sadlowski a 2 thumbs up for his expertise and caring nature. No. 3 I can not say enough about Mike Rackliss the manager over the collision department. He is one of the most kindest professional person you could ever meet. He knows his job and takes whatever steps in his power to making sure you are a satisfied customer when you leave there. The loyalty of the Gillman Team is the way to go. I make mistake by visiting this dealership, sales man pretty nice but manager very rude, aggressive, 0 customer service. He talking all about little money what he can make discount wfor deal. After I show him what other dealers offer he shut his mouth. $1000 dollars extra on every vehicle for like installed wheel locks (usually factory comes with it) and window tint - it's ridiculous. Come on Gilman Acura! On amazon set of wheel locks costs around $50 and window tinting about $200-400 at any other shop. High prices on paper work (dealer fees). No thank you, I'll never go back to this place. Update: Sure I'll contact, copy-past same sentences everywhere is not answer.

Don't waste your time, because that is exactly what we did after driving three hours to come see a car they advertise online by appointment, only to find out it was not for sale after 45 min. of being there because they tried to sell us a car that was one, dirty, two, had to walk to the back service area to see it, and three, had a unprofessional worst attitude kid of a manager who had a hard time to apologized to have wasted our time. I mean the worst experience I have ever had walking into a dearlship. We drove to an Acura dealer in Sugar Land and as soon as they saw us drive up to the lot, they rolled out the red carpet with the best service a buyer could ask for. Not only did they have the car ready but they treated us with respect and they were true to their word. So please, if your looking for an Acura, make the trip to Sugar Land. New dealer, friendly faces, and exceptional service. Gillman Acura in Houston is not a place I would recommended to anyone I know. Waste of time and very disappointing.

If you are looking for a new or used car Gillman Acura is definitely your dealership to come check out. I have personally bought 4 vehicles from them (1 new and 3 used) and every time they always seem to make the deal go through in the best interest of the customer. With owning a company and having kids reaching the ages of driving age I will definitely be back to see the staff at Gillman Acura again.
