Gas World Ltd fitted our boiler under the REHEAT Bristol project. Boiler has been faultless since the installation. We contacted them to help get a copy of the HETAS certificate as we had misplaced ours. After sales were polite and quick too respond to our enquiry. No concerns from our side. Like all google reviews, some are fairly heated one way or another, but we can honestly say they have been professional and polite to us throughout.

Hi everyone, After my work placement was signed and agreed with Gas World. I started this work placement so that I complete my portfolio in gas competence. After a couple of days my mentor told me that I cannot do this job even though I did not touch anything. Just avoid this company because they have no values. I would rather support sole traders and smaller companies.

Very pleased with the service and help which we received. Price was reasonable in comparison to other quotes we had. Payment was not expected until all the work was completed to our satisfaction and the Engineer was very tidy. We would definitely recommend them to friends and family and will be using them again.

Boiler fitted, unfortunately it damaged roof so rain leaked into my flat, they sent someone to fix it twice with no success. Phoned the emergency number Friday due to it being 5pm and the roof was still letting water in to be greeted by someone who sounded rude, worse for where and couldnt care less who assured me theyd come Monday morning. They never showed.

First engineer couldnt work on Air Source Heat Pump systems, so had to have a second visit. Second engineer couldnt find the issue causing the intermittent fault but invoiced me for a service. Boiler completely broke the next morning and after they quoted £550 to fix it in 9 days time, I took a look myself (something Id been hesitant to do with zero knowledge/experience) and fixed it in about 20 minutes. It has been working fine for weeks since.Problem was exactly what the manual had said and Id made abundantly clear before the visit. They refused to accept a reduced fee for the original service (from £100 to £50), which I thought was more than reasonable.They may be fine for non ASHP work, but Ill never know and I suggest you dont risk it.

Bank holiday Sunday - woke up to no heating or hot water. Phoned emergency line Gas World left message. Within 15 mins Engineer called- asked me questions and send photos of under boiler. He called me back and with clear and simple instructions, talked me through re-pressuring the boiler. Within 10 mins all restored . Fantastic service - excellent engineer!

Terrible customer service. Turn up too early and instead of trying again at the agreed time he drives off. Phone to rearrange and they make out that it is my fault that I was not ready when he arrived. Agree a new time. He doesn’t turn up for that one either. No call as to why. Do not waste your time with these people.

We had a problem with our hot water tank that Gas World wanted to fix by replacing two valves at a cost of over £400. Luckily I suspected I wasnt getting particularly good service so I called in another firm who told me there was nothing wrong with the valves. Not only would Gas World have been expensive but they wouldnt even have fixed the problem. When I quizzed them on what my position would be if their work didnt fix the problem, they were very cagey and certainly didnt offer any sort of guarantee.

Previously left a bad review on there facebook page for them breaking things in my partners house to then try insult my partner on her post then had the cheek to block me on there nothing but money grabbers due to coming to my partners house 3 times to fix the problem and it has still not been fixed so gas world ltd you should be ashamed of your selfs

I required a new boiler in my property and i was recommended to use Gas World Ltd from a friend. Through-out the whole procedure Gas World were nothing but friendly and professional. I was worried about the disruption it would cause but the works only took a couple of days and the place was left so clean afterwards you would not have known that I had works done. I would definitely recommend using Gas World again.

We arranged a boiler dervice with Gasworld for which my wife booked the afternoon off work. They never arrived.We had an appointment that was booked for between 2pm and 4pm, as they hadnt arrived by 4:10 i called them to ask if they were still coming, Yes was the response and that they were running behind because of bad traffic, i asked if the technician could call me and they said he would. No call and he never arrived.Very poor service.
