Worst ever Customer Service received today 18-10-20.During my weekly shopping were Me and my Partner spend between £80-£120 weekly at Aldi BEDWORTH, have never filled intimidate and been ask to leave the store. At first i would like to use, click and collect service. Thats why 2 parking spaces have been removed for Parents and Childs and replace with shop and collect??Its now, 2 weeks and as Customer try to use this new service, unable to use as nearest available shops are Loughborough and Derby, so why taking 2 spaces with service still not available. Meaning that Family avg. spend £100 per hour and due to removed and replace this spaces, Shop, loosing sale per hour. I have entrance the shop and been Intimidate by 2 member off Management (one call AZ store manager) walk straight in to my face breaking social rule distance rules and without mask !!Why Manager dont need to wear mask, but Customer must?? making no sense. After 30min and filled shopping trolley and have been attacked by same manager AZ with 2 other member (one female and one male) who clearly stated that i have to leave the store but my partner can still continue shopping?? Why 3 people of the Management, try argued with Customer instead solving queue at the Tills (by the time of this argument 4 tills had more then 4-5 people in queue) thats another lack of Problem Solving skills and Very poor Customer Service. At this point My Partner filled Intimidated and We both choice to leave full shopping Trolley and leave the Aldi Bedworth store. With serious question that Management over stocking shelfs and blocking the aisle for Customers and lack of skills to Problem Solving and Very Poor Customer Service. This should be review by Head Office surely wrong people at the wrong position. Should be relegated to Customer Service and start learning again!! Never again to shop at Aldi Bedworth, dont recommend .
